(Focus for above is not Max weight but perfect form for ALL reps!)

5 Min AMRAP
Run 200m
30 Sit Ups
15 Shoulder to Overhead (30kg/42.5kg)

Rest 2 Min
then:
Complete 3 Rounds for time of the above Rep Scheme (Cut off 15 Mins)
