2 Snatch High Pulls + Snatch.
10 mins to establish as heavy as possible.
Then:
For time complete:
100 Burpees
Every 10 burpees complete 100m Farmers Carry (32kg/48kg). Start at zero with 100m Farmers Carry.
Scaling: 50 Burpees
15min time cap.
