WOD: Tuesday 17/12/2013

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR BREAK - Blue Lake CrossFit is CLOSED from the 22nd of Dec until the 5th of Jan. At home WODs will be posted for those unable to cope without their CrossFit fix. Buy a skipping rope - practice your double unders or work on your overhead squat with a broomstick. Work on your mobility. Go to the beach - swim, run, play with the kids or the dogs. Above all - have a holiday - because you deserve it!!

Meet @ the Mount Gambier Aquatic Centre at 5.30pm

2 x 50m Swim

2 x 100m Swim

then:

15 Min Partner AMRAP 
Whilst one partner swims 100m (scaled 50m) - the other does as many rounds of:
20 Alternating Lunges
10 Push ups
5 Burpees
