- Athlete must touch (with both hands) an object measured 6 inches above their max reach when standing. Can be a bar/ring/mark on a wall etc.
Guess who is another year older?? You wouldn't know it the way she keeps swinging on the play equipment.... come in early tonight as she bashes out the compulsory birthday burpees!!
