“Nutts”

For time:
10 Handstand Push-ups
15 Deadlift  (85kg/115kg)
25 Box jumps (24″/30")
50 Pull-ups
100 Wall Balls shots (6kg/10kg)
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a (15kg/20kg) plate


Don't not come because you can't do handstand push ups or double unders etc..... remember - there is scaling for everything!
