20 Wall ball shots (6kg/10kg)
30 Toes-to-Bar
40 Power Cleans (40kg/60kg)
50 Burpees
60 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (25kg/35kg)
(Remember - Scaling..... we do lots of it - if you can't do handstand push ups its ok!)
