WOD: Friday 18/10/2019

Alternate between the following for 4 Sets:
1)        1 Min Rowing
2)          Deadlift x 6 reps (no more than 80% of 1RM)

Followed by-

“Crossfit Games Open Workout 19.1”Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
19 Wall Balls (6kg/9kg)
19 Calorie Row
