WOD: Thursday 17/10/2019

Alternate between the following for 4 sets:

1)        5 Overhead Squats (light)
2)        5 Barbell Hip Thrusts

 Followed by-

AMRAP 10 mins of:
30 Double-Unders
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch + 2 Alternating Reverse Overhead Lunges (15kg/22.5kg)

(1 repetition = DB Snatch, keep DB overhead, reverse lunge left, then reverse lunge
