**CrossFit Senior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Four sets of:
Deadlift x 4-6 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Push-Ups x Max reps (1 Sec Down & 1 Sec up - no rest at top or bottom positions - set is over if you break tempo)
Rest 3 mins

then:

Four rounds for time of:
25 Kettlebell Swings (16kg/24kg)
50 Double-Unders

15 Min Cap.
