WOD: Tuesday 22/08/2017

Every 2 mins, for 12 mins (3 sets of each):
Station 1: Handstand Walk x 10m
(use partner assist or Wall Climbs & other scaling if you don’t have handstand walks yet)
Station 2: Alternating Pistols x 16-20 reps
(if you’re proficient, add weight with a kettlebell)

Then:

EMOM for 20 mins (5 sets of each):
Min 1 – 10/7 Cals of Assault Bike (or 200/150m of Rowing)
Min 2 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/32kg)
Min 3 – 15 Box Jump-Overs (20″/24″)
Min 4 – 30-Second Front Leaning Rest on Rings
