**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4.15pm**

**Bar Muscle Up Skills Session tonight at 6:30pm - 7pm. Come along for the WOD and stays for some sweet skills**

Six sets of:
Clean or Power Clean x 1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 2-3 mins

then:

Five rounds for time of:
30 Double-Unders
20 Kettlebell Swings (16kg/24kg)
10 Push-Ups

15 Min Cap.
