**CrossFit Senior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Eight sets of:
Back Squat x 2-3 reps (3 Sec Descent)
Rest 2 mins
(These sets should all be heavy. Use rest time to stretch and mobilize your upper body.)

then:

AMRAP 6 Mins:
3 Thrusters (42.5kg/60kg)
6 Pull-Ups
12 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/32kg)
