**SKILLS SESSION @ 6.30pm - Handstand Push Ups**

**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Five sets of:
Tempo Back Squat x 3-5 reps with 3 sec descent
Rest 1 Min
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps each arm
Rest 1 Min

then:

10 Min AMRAP:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
You must perform 5 burpees any time the weight settles on the ground.
Men=52.5kg Women=35kg
