**CrossFit Kids @ 4.15pm**

Five sets of:
Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 3-4 reps
(sit on a bench without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to overhead)
Rest 2-3 mins

then:

AMRAP 16 Mins:
Run 400m
20 Push Press (30kg/42.5kg)
10 Pull-Ups
