Spend 15 Mins working on a gymnastics movement that you want to improve.
then:
In teams of 3, perform 3 rounds each for time of:
Row 750m
Run 400m
20 Toes to Bar
Teammates roll through this in Indian file, jumping onto the rower as soon as the teammate in front of them is off and has begun the 400m run.
