**CrossFit Senior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Take 15 minutes to build to today’s heavy Clean & Jerk

then:

EMOM 15 Mins:
3 Ground to Overhead (42.5kg/60kg)
6 Burpees Over the Barbell

If you fail to complete the round within the minute, finish all of the reps and then sit out the minute in which you carried over into. Restart at the top of the following minute.

then - Finisher:

Every 2 Mins, for 10 Mins (5 sets):
100m Farmer’s Carry (as heavy as possible)
