Beginners - Strict Pull Ups 5-5-5-5 - Inbetween practice kipping swings
Experienced - Spend 15 Mins Working on Perfecting your kip - Butterfly/Regular
then:
10 Min AMRAP
5 Burpees
10 Push Press
15 Wall Balls

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes perform:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
