Complete 7 of the following complexes:

1 Pressing Snatch Balance + 1 Heaving Snatch Balance + 1 Squat Snatch

The aim is to complete the complex without letting go of the bar. The Squat Snatch is a tap-and-go rep, no resting on the ground. Aim to increase or hold your weight throughout the sets - don't get greedy. Technique before weight.

Squat Snatch (60kg/40kg)

Scaling:
3 x pull ups + 3 x ring dips = 1 muscle up
