50 Front Squats, 85lbs (40kg) / 65lbs (30kg)
40 Pull Ups
30 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 85lbs (40kg) / 65lbs (30kg)
50 Overhead Squats, 65lbs (30kg) / 45lbs (20kg)
40 Pull Ups
30 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 65lbs (30kg) / 45lbs (20kg)
Scale weights as required, and option of half number of reps (e.g. 25 Back Squats / 20 Pull Ups / 15 Shoulder-to-Overhead, etc.)
