Thruster (42.5kg/30kg)
Pull-ups

Scale weights and range of motion as required

Our trainer at CrossFit 42South in Hobart, Drummond Williamson, currently 14th in the Australian CrossFit Open, competing in the Australian CrossFit Regionals in a fortnight's time in Sydney, doing 'Heavy Fran' (60kg Thrusters/20kg weighted pull ups).....one word - machine!
