Alternate between the following for 5 Sets each:
1 - Strict Press x 5 reps
2 - Strict Pull Ups x 5 reps

Build across the sets to a heavy set of 5 and your most challenging set of Pull Ups.


Followed by-

21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Power Cleans (42.5kg/60kg)
Ring Dips
