**Cross Fit Kids @4:15pm**
Strength-
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Overhead Squat x 3 reps @ 70-75% of 1-RM OHS
Followed by-
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
12 Push Presses (30kg/42.5kg)
8 Pull-Ups
