**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Three sets of:
Barbell Alternating Reverse Lunges x 8-10 reps each leg @ 20X1
Rest 2 mins
Strict Pull-Up x 2-3 reps (+/- weight or bands to meet rep range)
Rest 2 mins

then:

Three rounds for time of:
10 Thrusters (42.5kg/60kg)
20 Pull-Ups
400m Run
