WOD: Tuesday 18/04/2017

Complete 8 sets of:
Strict Press x 2-3 reps

Start light and aim to add weight each set.

In between sets alternate between core hollow holds & superman holds for 1 min (4 holds of each)

Then:

Row 500m x 5
Rest 2-3 Mins between sets

Post fastest and slowest times to comments.
