Four sets of:
Push Jerk x 8-10 reps
Rest 2 mins
Stay relatively light and work perfect technique.
then:
Against a 3-min running clock:
Row 500m
Bench Press x Max Reps @ (BW/.75xBW)
Rest 2-3 mins, and perform a total of four sets; note reps achieved in each set.
