**CrossFit Senior Teens @ 4.15pm**

Every 2 mins, for 12 mins (6 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 55%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 95%

Then rest 2 mins before starting…

Every 3 mins, for 6 mins (2 sets) of:
Back Squat x 1 rep @ 101-105% of previously tested 1-RM

then:

AMRAP 6 Mins:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wall Balls (6kg/10kg)
20 Kettlebell Swings (16kg/24kg)

2 Mins Rest

AMRAP 4 Mins:
5 Pull Ups
10 Wall Balls (8kg/12kg)
15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/32kg)
