20 Walking Lunges (24kg/32 kg KBs in each hand)
Rest 1-2 Mins between sets.

then:

Every 3 mins, for 15 mins (5 sets):
Bench Press x 4-6 reps

Then,

For Time:
40/30 Cals of Assault Bike or Rowing
30 Thrusters (35kg/52.5kg)
20 Box Jump-Overs (20″/24″)
(12min time cap)
