**CrossFit Junior Kids @ 3.45pm**
**CrossFit Senior Kids @ 4.30pm**
Every 3 mins, for 15 mins (5 sets):
Strict Press x 4-6 reps
*Use heavy dumbbells or a barbell.
**Use the remainder of your three minutes to perform work on calf and/or hip flexor mobility.
then:
Every 90 secs, for 15 mins (10 sets):
5 Push Press
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
Choose a load that will challenge you!
