Spend 15 mins working on Handstands/Handstand Push Ups/Handstand Walks

then:

Against a two-min running clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
3 Hang Cleans (42.5kg/60kg)
6 Shoulder to Overhead
9 Front Squats
Burpees x Max Reps

Rest 2 mins between sets, and complete a total of five sets.
