then:

Run 50m
1 Burpee
1 Dumbbell Thruster
Run 50m
2 Burpees
2 Dumbbell Thrusters
Run 50m
3 Burpees
3 Dumbbell Thrusters
etc….
Score is total burpees + DB thrusters completed.
