Barbell
1) 2 x Snatch + Snatch Balance: Work to a max for the day then 2 x 90% - 15mins
Alternate between:
a) 5 x 5 Back Squat

b) 5 x 4 Snatch High Pulls
Accessory: 3 x 5 Strict Weighted Pull Ups
