Pull Ups/Muscle Ups Workshop
then:
CrossFit Open Workout 12.1
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of BURPEE'S!!
- Athlete must touch (with both hands) an object measured 6 inches above their max reach when standing. Can be a bar/ring/mark on a wall etc.
