WOD: Monday 9/07/2012

Spend two minutes for max reps on each of the following six stations:

Snatch   (20kg/30kg)
Pull ups
Prowler Push
Ring Dips
Wall Balls   (6kg/10kg)
Deadlifts   (50kg/70kg)

Athletes will start at different stations but will cycle through in the above order depending on where they start - example.. if an athlete starts at the Prowler Push, after two minutes they will move to Ring Dips, then Wall Balls etc, and they will finish on Pull ups.
After the six stations are completed there is a five minute rest and then it is repeated. Score is total number of reps for each round.
