**CrossFit Junior Teens @ 4.15pm**
Four sets of:
Single Arm Overhead Press x 8-10 reps each arm
Rest 2-3 mins
In-between sets either mobilise or practise Double Unders
then:
Against a 4-min running clock, AMRAP of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Box Jumps (20″/24″)
20 Push-Ups
Rest 1 Min between sets, and complete a total of 3 sets – a total of 12 mins of work.
