then:

1 Min of Max Reps Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups
Rest 1 Min
1 Min of Hollow Hold or Rocks
Rest 1 Min
1 Min of Max Distance Handstand Walk or Wall Climbs
Rest 1 Min
