Barbell
1) 7 x Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats - heaviest possible
2) 7 x 3 Split Jerks - heaviest possible from racks
Alternate between:

a) Back Squat 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×3@70%, 1×3@75%, 2×3@80%, 1×5@70%
b) 7 x 6 Bent Over Rows - heaviest possible
